Maya's Bites

My name is Maya Kaplan and I am an average 25 year old girl who loves to bake. I graduated from Temple University with a degree in public relations and a minor in business in December 2020. Then in 2023 I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in baking and pastry.

I currently reside in Philadelphia and am working at the Four Seasons on the baking team. It’s an amazing job! When I’m not working I’m making cakes for my business. I love to make peoples creations come to life and put a smile on their faces. Baking is my life and I feel very lucky to have pursued a career in it.
